- If collection becomes necessary, the client agrees to bear all associated legal and third-party costs, along with a 15% monthly late fee on outstanding amounts of the entire project budget.
6. Content Responsibility
- The client is responsible for providing all agreed-upon documents like text, images, and content required for the project. If content is not provided, the client gives us permission to use stock or internet-sourced material.
- While we strive to use royalty-free assets, the final responsibility for verifying legal ownership lies with the client.
7. Ownership and Copyright
- Mainly Marketing Agency retains full ownership and rights to all source code, design files, and deliverables until the final payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Non-Solicitation
- For 24 months following the completion of any project, both the client and Mainly Marketing Agency agree not to directly solicit or hire each other’s employees without prior written consent.
